Refund Policy

If in the unlikely event that a code PhonesUnlocked.co.uk supplies fails to unlock the customer's phone, PhonesUnlocked.co.uk may request confirmation that the code has not worked. Should this be confirmed by the customer, PhonesUnlocked.co.uk reserve the right to request further evidence that the phone in question has not been unlocked. This may include:

Video/Photographic evidence of the phone in question, and the customer inserting an alternative SIM card and the subsequent message on screen when the phone is switched on. Due to the digital nature of the services provided, this is the only way to determine whether or not the handset has in fact been unlocked and whether or not the customer's claims are valid.

Unlock codes that are supplied by PhonesUnlocked.co.uk are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
